Todd is my hands and feet! This week Todd called and said the door was dead bolted and he could not access the condo. This was unusual because we never dead bolt the door, we use a touch pad code to unlock the door. The property manager dead bolted the door during the annual fire inspection and only security had the key. The problem was my wife was arriving late that night alone. She would have been locked out if Todd had not been there to inspect our property before she arrived. That is what Todd does, makes sure everything is in good working order, no surprises when we (try) to open the door! Todd finds the problem, solves the problem, before I know there is a problem.
